Rigid materials such as paper or thick films may struggle to conform properly, which often results in edge lifting or flagging, especially near the corners. Suggested solution: Use flexible materials such as PE or PP films combined with high-tack or conformable adhesives. 2. Low-Temperature or Refrigerated Environments Labels applied to products stored in cold rooms, refrigerators, or freezers face unique challenges. Standard adhesives may lose their tack at low temperatures, leading to peeling during storage or transportation.
